Recruitment Manager
Emily has been working with Support at Home since January 2020. As part of her role as a Recruitment Manager, Emily is responsible for advertising, arranging and holding interviews. Emily screens and selects appropriate Support Workers for the team, ensuring only people who share our core values are welcomed into the team.
Emily manages the Recruitment Assistant and Administrator, ensuring safe and adequate recruitment. Emily also arranges and conducts the Support Worker Orientation and Training programme and supports with the ongoing supervision of Support Workers.
Emily manages the Social Media and Marketing of Support at Home and is currently studying a Marketing Degree.
Emily enjoys spending time with her friends & family, socialising and attending music events.
