Lena O'Toole

Care Scheduler

Lena has worked with Support at Home, since it was first established. Lena started her time with Support at Home as a Support Worker and delivered exceptionally high care to our clients for a number of years before being promoted to Scheduler in approx. 2016.

Lena is the Scheduler for the Liverpool area, for which she manages the day-to-day schedules and rotas. Lena is responsible for ensuring rotas are complete, considering preferred times, continuity and consistency of care for all clients.

Lena also supports with the Halton area when required and is a member of the On Call Team.

Lena has a Diploma in Health & Social care, Customer Services and also has her End-of-Life Certificate.

In her free time, Lena enjoys spending time with her family and often spends time with her grandchildren.
