Nicola Beal

Director/Registered Manager

Nicola is the Registered Manager, Responsible Individual and one of the Directors of the company.

Nicola is involved in every aspect of developing the service. Nicola works full time in the business and works hard to ensure that the company standards are maintained.

Nicola has worked in various roles within the Health & Social Care sector over 25 years, including Mental Health, Nursing, Social Care and Children’s Services.

Nicola enjoys spending time with her friends and her large family, walking the dogs and enjoying the outdoors.
